The views are breathtaking and dazzling, though it’s not recommended to visit during the hot summer months. It’s recommended to visit during the Spring season and bring plenty of water due to its location in the middle of nowhere, about an hour and a half away from Las Vegas. A tour with transportation included is recommended. Zion National Park is our third and favorite recommendation, located in beautiful Utah, only a 2-hour and 30-minute drive from Las Vegas. This park is visited by over 5 million people annually, and for good reason. The entry fee is relatively cheap, particularly with a National Park Veteran Pass. However, a tour package with transportation included is recommended to see all of the park’s best spots. It’s advised to wear proper hiking shoes for this awesome trip.

Hands down Ghostbar @ The Palms Casino has the most epic view of Las Vegas. Keep in mind this bar is open from Wed-Sat 7pm-2am, live entertainment on Friday and Saturday. We like it because it has an indoor/outdoor atmosphere and is a Las Vegas classic spot.

Brew Dog Bar and Restaurant is brand new on the strip and it has a rooftop that has amazing views with an indoor/outdoor seating. Brew Dog is famous for its Scottish beer and 2 floors of beers of paradise. The food menu has taken Las Vegas to new heights from Lobster Mac N cheese to Wagyu burgers and more.
Our favorite Italian food with entertainment off the strip
Italian food is everywhere on the strip, but to find an authentic place that has good entertainment is hard to come by. Casa di Amore is off the strip, but it is well worth the trip. You will be delighted by the ambiance and the delicious food.

Eataly on the strip can-not be forgotten, this is a must spot to visit when you are visiting the strip. This place is humongous and has a taste of everything from pizza, pasta, sweets, bread, wine, beer, and more. Just imagine a huge luxury cafeteria full of everything you dreamed of Italian. It is located next to Park MGM Hotel and Casino on the strip.
Our favorite Mediterranean Restaurant off the strip
Khoury's Mediterranean Restaurant is so good. It's located near Summerlin Las Vegas off the strip. The trip will be worth it, the pita bread is made there fresh daily and the variety of food is so delicious. Very impressed with the food here and the family service. For dessert we got the SHABIET in capitals because you will be amazed by this dessert.
